With an increasing number of pages in this niche I am able to make lots of links between them and hopefully they will do well in the run up to Christmas.
A few months ago I began making squidoo lenses about Star Wars Lego. Quite frankly I wanted to buy it all myself but I was restrained and built web pages to try and earn some money from selling these Lego sets. So far I have sold a few and with Christmas approaching I made lots more – I always believe in having lots of pages in a niche!

As you can see, I have been busy. The more pages in a niche that you have, the more chance of someone finding them and buying something!
By far my best performing niche is Dr Seuss. My pages themed on Dr Seuss books, characters and products are working for me far better than anything else I do so I went back to this subject and made some more pages;

Iznogoud is the main character in a series of cartoon books created by the French pair Rene Goscinny and Jean Tabary. Iznogoud is the evil Grand Vizier to the court of the beloved Caliph of Baghdad and spends every story attempting to dethrone him.
As a child I was a great fan of the Asterix Books which were also written by Goscinny, and I had a few Iznogoud Books but they got lost!
A few years ago Cinebooks began to publish new versions of the Iznogoud series, and I have been buying them as they are released. They are as funny as I remember them!
Some time ago I created a page on Squidoo about the Iznogoud Books. But, more recently I have created some more pages on other publishing platforms (Hubpages & Wizzley) to support my Squidoo page as I have had quite a lot of success using this strategy in the past. Here are my new Iznogoud pages;

As it seems that getting a Squidoo lens high up google and making money from it is much easier than any other publishing platform I have come across I am back to focusing my attention on Squidoo.
So, I have put quite some effort into making a couple of lenses;

Today I managed to publish a new lens – The Knights of Ni – about characters from the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail, an obsession I inherited from my father.
However, all my other lenses seem to need some attention in some shape or form.
Bangkok Photo Album – needed a lot of attention as the images kept disappearing due to bandwidth being exceeded. Problem solved.
Animal Trump Card Game – required the pictures of the cards to be reformatted. Done.
Infant Onesies – Dr Seuss Collection – required a lot of products to be deleted and new ones to be displayed due to some items being sold out and new ones appearing.
This lot has kept me busy for now but there is a lot more to do to keep the quality of my lenses up.
I have been spending more time doing that all important task of improving old lenses. It is amazing how many improvements can be made with the benefit of experience;
